General Overview

We deliver high-impact, execution-oriented advisory and mentorship services across four core offerings: Mentorship Programs, Business Strategy Consultation, M&A Fair Opinion Advisory, and Career Consultation. This policy applies in full to all engagements under these services.

By engaging our services — whether through written confirmation, verbal agreement, or payment — clients acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this document. Engagement constitutes acceptance of the full policy without exception.

Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Our refund framework is structured around three time windows, each with clear and consistent rules applied equally to all clients regardless of service type.

Full Refund — 7 Days or More Before Session

Clients are entitled to a 100% refund when a written cancellation request is submitted at least 7 days (168 hours) prior to the scheduled session or the official commencement of the project. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within a reasonable administrative timeframe.

Rescheduling — Between 24 Hours and 7 Days Before

Requests to reschedule submitted between 7 days and 24 hours before the session will be accommodated at no additional cost and are subject to availability. Sessions in this window are not eligible for a refund — only rescheduling.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows — Within 24 Hours

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. Failure to attend a scheduled session constitutes a no-show and is equally non-refundable. Full session fees apply in both cases without exception.

Advisory & Strategic Engagements

This applies to Business Strategy Consultation and M&A Fair Opinion Advisory. Due to the proprietary nature of advisory work — involving senior-level expertise, confidential frameworks, and significant preparation — fees become non-refundable once any of the following has commenced: technical discovery sessions, data collection or due diligence, or financial analysis, valuation, and opinion structuring.

If an engagement is terminated early by the client after commencement, work completed to date may be billed on a pro-rata basis or according to agreed milestones. No credit or refund is issued for work already delivered.

Mentorship Programs & Career Consultations

For multi-session programs, partial refunds apply only to unused sessions. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the first 7 days of the program start date. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered regardless of the number of sessions remaining.

Future sessions within an active program remain subject to the standard 7-day cancellation rule. Completed sessions are non-refundable under all circumstances. No exceptions are made for changes in schedule, availability, or personal circumstances not attributable to our delivery.

Quality Assurance & Client Recourse

We maintain a high and consistent standard of professional delivery across all services. If you believe the service rendered did not meet the expectations agreed upon at the time of engagement, you may submit a written request for review within 48 hours of the session or deliverable.

Upon receipt, our team will evaluate the request at our sole discretion. Where warranted, we may offer a service credit or a remedial session as a resolution. Monetary refunds under this clause are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. This recourse clause does not override the cancellation and refund rules outlined in the preceding sections.

Commencement of Work

Any confirmation to proceed — whether written or verbal, and including the act of payment — constitutes authorization to begin work and activates this policy in full. Clients should not assume that a cooling-off period exists following confirmation.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate and timely information, attend scheduled sessions, and engage in good faith throughout the engagement. Delays or disruptions caused by the client do not qualify for refunds or rescheduling accommodations under this policy.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to system outages, regulatory changes, or external disruptions. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the affected service at the earliest mutually available time.

For any cancellation, rescheduling, or service-related inquiry, please contact us through the official communication channel provided at the time of engagement. This policy is effective upon commencement of any engagement.
