Before moving back to the kingdom. Salman has developed deep sector expertise across healthcare, financial services, insurance, real estate, and energy, advising on transactions and strategic initiatives within highly regulated, capital-intensive environments. He brings end-to-end experience across the full M&A lifecycle, complemented by a strong foundation in corporate governance, asset management, and business transformation. His core capabilities include strategy formulation, due diligence, valuation, and post-merger integration, with a particular emphasis on risk management, value preservation, and operational alignment.
Since returning to Saudi Arabia, Salman has focused on applying his global experience within the local context, contributing to advisory work, knowledge transfer, and mentorship.
